Thesis Printing & Binding

Printing and Binding Your Thesis

Your thesis may not be bound until your content has been approved by your faculty thesis advisor, your thesis has been reviewed by the Research Coordinator, and you have received permission from the Research Coordinator to proceed with the printing and binding. The instructions are as follows:
Please print and bind three copies. Be sure that the front and back covers are eight and one-half by eleven inches black vinyl or leatherette, and that the binding is tape bind ONLY. Also, please send a fourth, unbound copy for storage in our files. We would like this as a back-up in case your bound copy should ever disappear from our library. Be sure that the paper used in printing is at least 25% cotton or rag bond, You may accomplish all this by printing out one copy on your computer, taking it to any reputable print shop, and asking them to print and bind three copies and print one unbound copy according to the above instructions. Then mail these four copies (3 bound and 1 unbound) to:

C Track Reseacrh Coordinator ( Avrom Altman)
D Track Research Coordinator ( Thomas Elsner)
L Track Research Coordinator (Pat Katsky)
    Pacifica Graduate Institute
    249 Lambert Road
    Carpinteria, CA. 93013
Upon receipt of the copies, the Research Coordinator will file a Completion of Thesis Form with the Registrar, and get the necessary signatures from the faculty. We will then mail one copy to you, give one to your thesis advisor, and place one in the library at Pacifica. The unbound copy is stored in our files.
