(NMS) web site: http://www.natmatch.com/psychint Your Rank Order List must be entered and certified prior to 11:59 pm EST on Wednesday, February 6. Important tips for applicants about how to rank programs will be distributed via MATCH-NEWS over the next few days. ----- WITHDRAWAL: NMS needs to receive either a Rank Order List or a withdrawal from EVERY registered applicant and program, no later than 11:59 pm EST on Wednesday, February 6, 2008. If you decide to withdraw from the Match, or are not planning to submit a Rank Order List for the Match, you MUST formally notify NMS via the ROLIC system. Please consult the ranking instructions for specific information on how to use the ROLIC system for this purpose. Applicants who withdraw from the Match are welcome to use the APPIC Clearinghouse if they wish to do so. ----- WHERE IS MY PASSWORD/PIN FOR THE ROLIC SYSTEM?: All applicants and internship programs that were registered for the Match before the end of December should have received via regular mail a packet of information from National Matching Services containing ranking instructions and a password/PIN for accessing the ROLIC system. If it has been more than two weeks since you received a confirmation of your Match registration from NMS and you have not yet received this packet, please contact NMS as soon as possible at (416) 977-3431. (Note to Training Directors: your ROLIC password/PIN changes each year, and thus you cannot use a password/PIN from a previous year; also, your ROLIC password/PIN is DIFFERENT from your APPIC Directory Online password). ----- CHECK YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS: When using the ROLIC system to complete your Rank Order List, please carefully check your e-mail address for accuracy. Specify the e-mail address at which you wish to receive your Match results. You may use the ROLIC system to make any necessary changes. Also, please remember that "spam" filters used by your e-mail server or program can result in your not receiving your e-mailed Match results from NMS. If possible, adjust your e-mail program to always allow incoming e-mail from psychint@natmatch.com, matchinfo@natmatch.com, and/or any other address with the domain @natmatch.com.
